I’m Josh Helton — founder of Alpha Resurgence, veteran, father, and personal trainer with over 5 years of experience transforming lives through discipline, strength, and purpose. I served active duty in the U.S. military, but when I got out, I lost my way. I struggled with alcohol, addiction, had no direction, and was living without purpose. That changed the day I became a father. I realized I wasn’t just living for myself anymore — I was the example my children would follow. That moment lit a fire in me. I got sober. I rebuilt my habits, my body, and my mindset from the ground up. I found a new mission — to lead from the front and help other men do the same. Since then, I’ve owned my own gym, trained multiple clients, and specialized in helping veteran dads over 30 reclaim their strength, confidence, and identity. Alpha Resurgence is more than fitness — it’s about rebuilding the man in the mirror so you can lead your family by example. This is about legacy. And it starts with you.
